Hey there! I’m Dr. Kimia Shakerpoor Battistoni, a chiropractor & personal trainer who loves helping pregnant patients feel strong & confident in their bodies.
I believe that pregnancy isn’t a time to stop moving—it’s a time to move with intention.
The Maternal Motion is my space to talk honestly about exercise in pregnancy, debunk myths, & remind you that your body is capable of more than you’ve been told.
